We are a beautiful, modern health care facility that offers post-acute healthcare services designed to assist patients in rebuilding strength, functioning and independence following a hospital stay for an acute illness or injury.

It is our goal to return our patients to the highest levels of independence and we support our residents in returning home whenever possible.
Montclair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides outstanding long-term eldercare services to those residents who need assistance in their daily activities of living and for whom living independently at home is no longer possible.

Our center also provides a greater level of care than assisted living centers, helping to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents while providing peace of mind for their families.
